This week I finally, finally pulled the trigger on something that's needed to be done for quite some time---a remodel of our shower walls in the bathroom. And if the unbleachable mold wasn't proof enough, look at what the contractor got down to on Wednesday:
Ewwwww! It is going to be SO NICE to have a clean, new bathroom, can't wait to post the 'after' pics!!
Okay, so I'm not a huge cyber Monday shopper. Or even huge into shopping at all. But there was one deal I just couldn't pass up this cyber Monday---half off monographs at NCARB for my continuing education credits. What a steal!
Sunday after running, church, errands and all my around-the-house chores, Bethany came over to get started on her very own t-shirt quilt. (and Ally was happy to help by laying all over all the shirts) We watched a chick flick (thanks to Katy's Netflix!), ordered delivery pizza, and followed the rest of the night up with a visit from Nate, face morphing, handstands and swing dancing. Basically, every night that Brian is on call should be like this.
Saturday after Brian got back from *sigh, another* night on call, we headed over to Kentucky to pick out our Christmas tree for the year. I'm happy to report that for the first time ever we didn't cut one down too big, that our newly repaired Blazer after 3 weeks in the shop was able to get a little muddy, and Ally had a blast running full speed around the farm.
